Join us for an intimate evening where food, community, and stories come together. Led by Central Florida’s most talented chefs, each month’s Chef Night is a chance to savor a bespoke menu inspired by our Culinary Garden. You’ll watch the magic unfold, connect with other food lovers, and hear the chef’s personal stories and inspirations. It’s more than a meal—it’s an unforgettable connection to the art of food.

This February, we invite the Executive Chef of your favorite Italian-ish joint in the Mills 50 District, Chef Jorge Javier Meléndez Pérez, to stun us with a multi-course culinary showcase of his love for food. From Pigzza to the Kitchen House, Chef Jorge will find delicious inspiration from our own garden to bring you four courses from land, sea, and sky. It’s sure to be a dinner to remember.

Seats are limited to just 20 guests, so we encourage you to book your reservation early to ensure your place at the table. More details to come on this special multi-course dinner.

(EEE) periodically use photographs, video tape, or digital recordings of activities and events for positive promotional materials and as part of instructional programs in print material, social media and on our website.  I understand that EEE will not disclose names, identities, or personal information of any kind in association with the images.  I give permission to use attendees' photographs.

Release for Medical Liability

I understand I am attending this class at my own risk and release Edible Education Experience, Inc. from liability from damages arising from personal injury on or about the premises.

If student is under 18, I give permission for my child to attend this class and accept the inherent risks of cooking and gardening and release Edible Education Experience, Inc. from liability from damages arising from personal injury on or about the premises.
