Make meal prep fun and practical! This workshop provides easy, delicious strategies for creating balanced meals that fit into busy lifestyles. Meal prepping doesn’t have to mean reheating the same old casserole every day of the week—discover recipes and techniques to make each day unique, healthful, and delicious!

Bring your kids and make meal prep a family affair! This workshop will help you reimagine your weekly chore as an opportunity to get creative in the kitchen. Explore mix-and-match components of exciting, filling meals, and transform your everyday eating into a culinary adventure.

Meet Our Culinary Educator, Jessica Soliman

For decades, Jess struggled with her health…fatigue, joint pain, skin problems and digestive issues. As she made diet changes her symptoms improved, and she realized the connection between food/lifestyle and the overall impact on health. Jess still enjoys her favorite foods (like brownies) but in a healthier cleaner way. Now, she’s on a mission to make healthy living something you actually look forward to… without giving up your favorite foods or spending hours in the kitchen!

**Note, this is a fully vegetarian friendly class with the use of dairy and gluten products. This class cannot accommodate gluten allergies.

**Please be aware, no refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of the class date. If the class does not reach the minimum number of students (10) by registration close date, subject to cancellation by EEE with full refund.
